Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

• For cancellations made up to 7 days before the service, the full amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before the service, a 50% refund will be made.
• For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service, no refund will be made.
• In case of no-show (failure to arrive), no refund will be made.
• The cancellation conditions specified above also apply to transfer services.
• Cancellation conditions regarding tour services may vary depending on the service and will be notified separately during booking.
• Refund transactions will be carried out using the method of payment.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
